We are excited to have our dear friend and fibre artist, Chloë Hight in to teach the making of Bridgid's Cross in celebration of Imbolic.

Just like nature is beginning to awaken, we are also awakening and coming from the darkness into the light. This is a time of much needed cleansing, where our spirits are beginning to stretch and shake off the essence of Winter.

Imbolc is a time when Winter dreams are beginning to stir with new life. It is the quiet weeks post holiday season, and a time to reflect.

Maybe these last few months you've been contemplating new visions, plans & ideas for the new year. As we begin to poke our heads out from our own inner worlds of Winter, our inner work grows towards the surface, and out into the world.

Imbolc symbolizes fertility when the seeds of Spring are beginning to stir in the belly of Mother Earth. Celebrations of Imbolic include: song, poetry and craft.

We’ll honor by weaving the Bridgid’s Cross, a traditional Imbolic craft made from with foraged botanicals +++

Bridgid or Brighid, was the Goddess of Fire & Fertility. She is associated with Spring, new life, and the protection of poets and healers.

Please bring your journal. We’ll have prompts for poetry and manifesting.
