5/25 Plant, Prose & Pose— A Somatic Evening of tea, poetry and movement for the BIPOC Community

Join us for a soulful evening of prompted poetry, infused with hot herbal tea and sound vibrations followed by gentle movement with yogi Miranda Lattimore.

Saturday evening, May 25th from 6:00-9:00pm
Cost: $45

We’ll gather for a creative and thought provoking journey as we explore the rhythms of our own poetic words inspired by sound and poetry prompts. The night will start with a cleansing drum and then we’ll “breath with the plants” —be inspired by each others spoken words and an array of sound healing vibrations. Then Miranda will lead us in gentle movement to ease us into the evening.

For our first night of this gathering we are only opening up to those who identify as BIPOC as we want to offer a safe space for sacred and soulful self-care within our community. We will offer this again for the entire community and we invite you to join us then.
